This interactive, energetic and entertaining presentation will enable participants to recruit and manage top candidates by learning the differences between generations X, Y, Boomers, and Matures, and their work habits and goals. Candy will also share her knowledge of gender differences in order to help participants understand that there is truly a difference in communication and conflict management. Module 2 – Keeping team performance high during times of change

Learn how to:

  • Give constructive feedback during changing times
  • Get the buy-in you need from your team

Module 3 – Reducing conflict due to style differences of gender-based communication

You will:

  • Reduce conflict by understanding that men do not resolve like women.
  • Learn what Candy learned from the gender difference experts, what are they saying?
  • Create 26 NEW ideas on how to communicate BETTER with men/women!

Module 4 – Cultivating ideas on how to motivate the Boomers, X, Y, and beyond!
