What Makes You Laugh?

I think laughing is right up there with breathing and food. I believe in so much that everywhere you turn in my home you either see the word “LAUGH” or see a picture of someone in the family laughing. You know when you laugh, that one little giggle releases serotonin, the feel good hormone…why not laugh and you are burning calories! Sometimes I get super busy with keynote proposals, emails, marketing or phone calls and I forget to just laugh! So I go play with my dogs, call my grandbabies or tease my husband. It works and sometimes laughing is a much needed break
Cotton Candy tip:
Surround yourself with things, pictures or just the word “LAUGH” to remind yourself to lighten up, life is too short. Quit being so serious

Candy is truly a joy to be around, and I fully agree, it does help to have those reminders around the house, so much so that she doesn’t feel the need to write them on my bathroom mirror anymore, I guess I have made some progress!=-)
Hi Candy,
I was in your class this morning at Robins Federal Credit Union and WOW, you are great! I do hope that you will get a return visit to us at some point in time.
As for your blog, I have to agree with you about laughter. What at dull life we would lead without that musical sound of laughter and the uplifting feeling it gives you. I certainly did my share of laughing today while attending your class. I have to tell you that you are by far the best that we’ve EVER had at RFCU and I am in my 26th year here. You really inspired us today and I for one appreciate it. Thanks so much! I look forward to hopefully one day being able to attend more seminars of yours. Have a great weekend!
